It’s quick to make, super easy and incredibly delicious. You just need a few simple ingredients. Layer it with your favourite fruit for decor, it sure will impress any coffee or dessert table.
What you need:
1 can of Peaches (keeping the juice) about 1 pound without the juice / 500g Abtropfgewicht
1 Cup or 250 ml of dry white wine (or white grape juice)
1 pound or 500 g Mascarpone
2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
7 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
400 g Ladyfingers
Variety of fresh Fruit
Layer the bottom Springform baking tin (I had 20 cm one) out with ladyfingers, and lay them around the edges as well (see video). Mix the mascarpone with the heavy cream, the vanilla paste, the powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of the white wine. Cut the drained peach halves (keep 2 for decoration) into small cubes and add to the cream, and mix well. Mix the white wine with 5 tbsp of the peach juice. Baste the ladyfingers with the wine, so they are soaked. Then put half of the cream on it, layer it again with ladyfingers, baste, then cream again. Then as for the last layer, sprinkle a few more broken ladyfingers over the topped cream layer and also baste them with the white wine. Leave the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Then garnish the cake with fresh fruit and peach slices. Of course, you can also layer it as Tiramisu 🙂 I just thought it was pretty like this.
