The fragrant and flavourful Curry Salmon is fantastic with this fruity Mango Salsa. Served with some Brown Rice, makes this Recipe a colourful healthy delicious meal.
What you need:
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted + 1 extra tbsp
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1/4 ground Paprika
about 500gr. or 1 Pound of fresh Salmon filet
Except for the 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil, mix all Ingredients in a bowl together. Glaze the flesh (as shown in the Video) of the Salmon with the Curry glaze. It will harden and form into a crust. Heat up the Pan on Medium Heat. Fry the Salmon (skin side down) for about 5-6 min, depending on the thickness of your filet. Turn the Salmon in the Pan, and fry for an additional 3 min. So all together the Filet gets cooked between 7-9 min. Serve with the Mango Salsa.
