Wild Garlic Sweet Pepper Pizza

This Colorful Vegetarian Pizza is sure a hit on your Movie Night or any other time you feel like eating a delicious but Healthy Pizza. The Wild Garlic gives the Pizza a sweet and delicate yet softer flavor of Garlic, just lovely to these colorful sweet Peppers.

What you need:

1 Store-bought pizza dough or Homemade

1 large Bundle of fresh Wild Garlic leaves (washed)

3 different Colors of Sweet Peppers (seeds removed and cut into slices)

1 Cup of Gouda Cheese

1 tsp. of fresh Lemon Zest

1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

2 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Start by preheating your Oven to 230 C or 450 F. Lay out your baking trey with Parchment Paper. Then cut the Wild Garlic into fine strips, and add them to a bowl. Now add, the zest, the juice, salt, pepper and the olive oil to the Wild Garlic. Mix all well together until all is well combined. Roll out the Dough, and pre-bake it for about 5-6 min. Now Spread the Wild Garlic over the Pizza Dough. Spread the Cheese on top, afterwards lay the peppers on top and bake for about 15 min (depending on your oven). Serve immediately!
