Apple Pie Caramel Lollipops

These lovely apple pie lollipops, taste like heaven. All the spices of a fresh baked Pie with warm caramel sauce and a lovely crust is coming through with every tasty bite. Make this quick little dessert for a movie night or for any festivity you might have, i’m sure everybody will love these.


What you need: ( for about 5 lollipops)

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Large organic sweet/tart apple, cleaned

lollipop sticks

1/3 cup caster sugar

1/2 tbsp heavy cream

3 buttery vanilla flavored cookies

1,8 oz white couverture chocolate

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

a pinch ground cardamom

a pinch ground dry ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the apples in 1 cm thick slices. Coat the apple slices with lemon juice, to prevent them form browning. In a heavy duty pot, melt the sugar until golden brown, then quickly stir in the heavy cream. Remove the pot from the heat. Drizzle the caramel over the apple slices. Add the cookies into a bowle, add 1/4 tsp of the cinnamon to the cookies and crumble them up with the cinnamon. Next, melt the chocolate in the microwave, but check and stir the chocolate every 10 seconds. Once the chocolate is melted and runny, add the spices and drizzle the chocolate over the apple slices. Sprinkle the apple slices with the cookie crumbs. Let them set in the fridge for about 30 min. Best eaten same day.
