Fill this goodness in jars and you can enjoy it on the go. This porridge is a good start in the morning.
What you need for 2 bowls:
6 tbs of chopped nuts & dried fruits
1/2 cup oatmeal
Fresh juice of 1 large orange
1 cup plain yogurt ( or soy yogurt)
2 tbs of honey
1 cup of fresh fruit chunks
in in a bowl add your oatmeal, and dry fruit-nut mixture. Add the orange juice to the oatmeal and stir. Cover and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning, mix the honey and yogurt in. Fill in bowles and top with your fresh fruit chunks.
