Rustic Root Vegetable-Sausage Pan

This hearty comforting meal, is easy to prepare, and takes no time and all.



What you Need:

2 Sweet potatoes, unpeeled

3 large waxy potatoes, unpeeled

1/2 red onion

1/2 yellow onion

1 larg garlic

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp salt

2 tbs olive oil

1 tsp dry rosemary

1/4 sugar

1/2 ground black pepper

2 medium carrots, peeled

4 german or Italian sausages


Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius. Give al your vegetables a good wash and pat them dry. Then Cut all your vegetables into chunks. Add them into a casserole dish. Pour your olive oil and your seasonings over the vegetables. Press the garlic clove into the chunks. Toss them well, so all your root vegetables are covered with seasoning, garlic and oil. Cut your sausages into  pieces, and place them on top of the vegetables. Bake for 30-40 min. ( depending on your oven). Dish is done when the vegetables are tender and the sausages have a nice color. There is no need to stir while baking.
