Avocado Milkshake

This smooth and creamy Milkshake is a lovely healthy snack in the afternoon as well delicious at Breakfast time.

 

What  you need:

Flesh of 1 medium size ripe Avocado

2 cups of cold whole milk or Rice/almond milk

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tbs direct pressed apple juice

2 tbs agave nectar

1/2 tsp vanilla paste ( recipe video on my Facebook page) or real vanilla extract

 

Add all your ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.

Enjoy!
