Cool Carrot

This little tasty Juice is an immune boosting Drink, perfect for those Winter days or when you just feel that you need a boost!



what you need:

6 carrots freshly juiced or 1 cup organic  direct pressed carrot juice

2 oranges, freshly juiced/squeezed

2 clementines, freshly juiced/squeezed

1/2 inch fresh grated ginger ( or juice with carrots)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp wheat germ oil

1 tsp raw honey or agave


Juice your carrots or fill the bought organic juice in a large enough pitcher. Mix all other ingredients into the carrot juice. Makes about 3 Cups, depending on the size of your fruit & carrots.


Tip: can be served with ice cubes.
