Worlds best & Healthy Chocolate Milk

This Chocolate Milk is without any sugar! Only sweeten through Dates, which makes this creamy Chocolate Milk rich in minerals.

 

what you need for 2 portions:

1 1/2 cups organic whole milk ( or any milk of your choice, like almond milk)

5 pitted, dried dates

1/4 tsp cinnamon ( or if you like coffee use 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules)

1 1/4 tsp. raw coco powder

 

Chop your dates very small ( I use the magic bullet to do so). In a pot add all ingredients, including the chopped dates and bring it to a boil. When brought to a boil, pull the milk mixture away from the heat. With a hand blender purée until your barely see  pieces of the dates.  Pour the milk through a fine sieve in to 2 cups. Drink it hot as plain chocolate milk or add your favorite topping, like whipped cream or cold whipped coconut cream, marshmallows …etc.
