Those powerful granola sprinkles are good at anytime of the day, not just for breakfast! Sprinkle them with some cinnamon on fresh cut Apple wedges, and have a healthy snack.
What you need:
3 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choice
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 all spice
1 tsp vanilla pod paste ( or real vanilla extract)
1/4 cup pistachio oil ( or walnut/-pumpkinseed/-coconut oil)
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped dried fruits ( like cranberries etc.)
3 tablespoons flexseeds
Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius. Except for your dried fruits, mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Now add your wet ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined. Spread out your mixture on a baking sheet, laid out with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 min ( depending on your oven) until browned to your liking. Toss every 5-10 min, keep an eye on it, otherwise it can burn real quick. Let granola cool to room temperature, toss them while they are in the cooling process. Then store in an airtight container. They will be good up to for 1 month.
