Watermelon cooler

A refreshing and quick recipe for all watermelon lovers

4 pounds of watermelon flesh
Fresh juice of 4 limes
4-5 tablespoon of agave nectar
1 pound of ripe and cleaned strawberry’s
Twigs of fresh mintCube the watermelon and purée with the strawberry’s in a blender. Strain the juice through a colander into a pitcher. Add the lime juice and agave nectar, and mix well. Add the mint twigs into the juice and let it set in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve with ice

ps: add quality vodka for adults or freeze the cooler into ice pops for kids … Enjoy!
