Make this with whole grain Pasta and you will have a heavenly healthy Pasta.
What you need.
2 cooked and shredded Chicken breast 1 ripe Avocado 1/2 oninon 1 garlic clove a handful fresh basil 2 tabelspoon of fresh lemom juice 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest salt and pepper 8 tablespoons of pasta water
Cook your Pasta as instructed, with keeping in mind to keep the water. In a Blender add all ingredients (except for the chicken) and Blend away, until it’s creamy and smooth. If it’s to thick, add another tablespoon of Pasta water. Season with salt & pepper. Mix your Sauce with the Hot, drained Pasta. Add the shredded warm Chicken to the Pasta, and mix again. Sprinkle with some fresh chopped Parsley.
