Milk-Free Banana Cookies
those cookies are really yummy, and all healthy! even smaller kids can enjoy them, cause they are soft enough. i like to add them to my little girls snack plate with some yogurt and fruits or add them to her lunchbox…
you will need:
1 ripe banana (pureed)
1 1/2 cups or 200gr. spelt flour or whole-grain flour
1/2 stick or 50gr. butter
5 tablesp. maple syrup
pinch of salt
1/4 teasp. baking powder
1/4 teaspon baking soda
1/2 vanilla extract
1/4 cinnamon (optional)
or 2 tablesp. chocolate chips (optional)
this is how you make them:
set your oven to 350 fahrenheit /180 celsius
mix the butter and the maple syrup together until creamy (use an electric whisk). mix all other ingredients to the creamed butter.
with wet hands equally shape balls out of the dough. with a wet spoon press them slightly flat. if you like, you can make an tiny impression with a small cookie cutter.
bake for 15-20 min until slightly brown.
enjoy, good luck 🙂
